“The entire process of working with Elizabeth and her team was an excellent experience from start to finish. Elizabeth quickly replied to my online inquiry and soon after came to estimate the amount of work required. I received the estimate shortly after and I thought the price was very reasonable. About a week before the project was to start, she came and did a color consultation with me. Elizabeth impressed me with her knowledge of colors (as well her knowledge about so many other things!). She assessed my space to determine the best place for the team to store their tools of the trade that would not interfere with my day to day living. I found that to be very thoughtful. She was able to accommodate me when I requested a one day delay of the start date. She and Allie seem to have established a very efficient process and moved right along from the start. There were some very tight spaces in my new bathroom, and they took their time to make sure it was done right. I didn't like the color I had chosen for the bedroom, and Elizabeth was so understanding and accommodating. We quickly looked at alternative colors and she went and got the perfect color the same day. As with all jobs, there were a few small things that needed to be touched up. She and Ally came back to complete my list within a few days and even identified some things that I hadn't noticed. Having someone in your home for days isn't always easy, but both Elizabeth and Allie make it as painless as can be. I'm very glad to be able to support a woman owned business, especially when the woman is a knowledgeable and talented as Elizabeth.
